Who We Are

Columbia Corrosion Control (CCC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PrivaCom Ventures, Inc., a holding company for several engineering based businesses.  CCC has been in operation for over 25 years and has served many significant customers.

CCC can meet the customer’s needs whether the job is big or small.  CCC has the flexibility to be cost competitive on big or small jobs, because it provides the personnel and equipment for each project: job specific.  CCC can do this, since it has available a pool of experienced personnel that are only placed when a job has been ordered.  This creates a low overhead for CCC on most projects.  Therefore, the customer is not paying for employees, offices, or equipment that are not required for the work. 

Specialized equipment is rented, leased or purchased when it is req

uired on the job site.  Expensive equipment is not sitting around costing overheads that are passed on to the customer.  That doesn’t mean that CCC doesn’t have the tools to do the job.  Testing equipment such as: coating thickness gages, copper sulfate half cells, high resistance voltage, amp meters, etc.  are readily available.

CCC has also partnered with several of the largest testing labs in the world to provide the customer with the very latest in technology.  Just some of the tests that can be done

include: electron microscope, high voltage destruction tests, electrical dielectric analysis, cable failure analysis, chemical analy

sis, failure analysis, environmental analysis, and etc.

This flexibility means that CCC can ramp up or down to meet the exact needs of the customer.  CCC can be hundreds of people or just one: depending on what the customer really needs.

CCC has available coating inspectors, painters, fabricators, environmental experts, welders, engineers: materials, civil, electrical, chemical, etc. or just about anything the customer could need for most projects.  The majority of CCC’s experts have well over 10 years of experience in their chosen fields.
